clean, fresh smell - just add to a damp washcloth and drop in the machine.
Cooking - Some essential oils like basil, oregano,
marjoram and lemongrass are not only medicinal, but can also be used in cooking. Do not use high heat and add these
oils before serving to preserve their delicate qualities. Young Living Essential and other Therapeutic grade Oils are one of the very few that can be
taken internally. This applies to oils like Peppermint, Spearmint, Thieves Blend, Lemon, Orange, Tangerine and Grapefruit.
Note that no matter how pure they are, certain oils, like Tea Tree should NEVER be used internally. Be very
cautious and consult the Essential Oils Desk Reference http://www.essentialscience.net for more information about using essential oils safely.
